The Academy Board is responsible for creating the Academy's general policy, coordinating the academic tasks carried out by the Academy's departments, establishing standards for evaluating effective instruction, encouraging academic research in the departments and in the research institutes of the university, defining the tuition and other costs, obtaining funding, contributions, and grants, the final Academy budget being approved.

The Academy Management: A Professor should be the Academy President. He negotiates contracts on behalf of the Academy in accordance with Academy policy and represents the Academy before all associations and bodies. He also oversees academic, financial, and administrative matters in accordance with Academy guidelines, prepares the Academy's annual budget and presents it to the Academy Board for discussion and approval.


Admission

For graduate and undergraduate study, the applicant should have obtained a high school exam or its equivalent (National and international students) or he should pass the university entrance exam (national students).
To take the university admission exam this autumn, you must be at least 18 years old in 2022 or have entered high school before the age of 16 and have attended the spring term in year two or three in 2022.

The Study System


Entry Requirements for Ph.D. degree: A Master's degree or its equivalent from an Institution of Higher Education, as accepted by the University’s Senate subject to a minimum of 7 years of working experience in a relevant field. English proficiency sufficient to meet the needs of the program


Entry Requirements a Master's degree: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an Institution of Higher Education, as accepted by the University’s Senate subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a relevant field. English proficiency sufficient to meet the needs of the program

Academic Titles and Academic Promotions


An Assistant Professor should be a lecturer for at least four years and he should have published three research papers in refereed journals.

An Associate professor should have a teaching record for five years and publish a minimum of five papers in an internationally refereed journals, the faculty should be the first author in at least one article.

A Professor should be an Assistant Professor for at least six years and should have published three research papers in refereed journals.
